利用特征值变易法,得到了药物从高聚物基体内释放的可动边界问题的近似解析解。计算结果表明零级近似解析解与药物从片形高聚物基体内释放的可动边界问题的精确解的误差已在工程要求范围之内,结果令人满意,这为进一步研究药物从高聚物基体内的释放问题提供了新的理论工具。
Using the eigenvalue transformation method, an approximate analytic solution of the moving boundary problem of drug released from the polymer matrix is obtained. The calculation results show that the exact solution of the zero-order approximate analytic solution and the moving boundary problem of drug release from the polymer matrix are within the scope of engineering requirements and the results are satisfactory. The release of matter in the body provides a new theoretical tool.
