楚雄盆地为一中生代前陆盆地 ,盆地在演化过程中形成了“两凹一隆”的古地理格局。前渊盆地快速沉降过程中发育欠补偿生油凹陷 ,在前陆隆起阻挡作用下隆后盆地形成半局限环境生油凹陷。盆地中储集岩可分为三大类 :第一为前渊地带和隆后盆地中的浊积岩 ;第二为前陆隆起两侧和隆后盆地边缘的河流、三角洲和滨浅海陆源碎屑岩 ;第三为前陆隆起向海一侧的前陆缓坡碳酸盐岩。前陆逆冲作用从拉丁期开始 ,以前置式的方式向扬子克拉通推覆 ,形成了断弯褶皱圈闭、断展褶皱圈闭、台阶状逆冲断层及岩性圈闭、基底折离圈闭、推覆带前缘传播消减带褶皱圈闭等多种圈闭类型。前陆逆冲带的侵位促进了油气的运移和保存 ,是油气成熟和运移的热源和动力 ,因而盆地逆冲带的演化对油气的聚集起到了巨大的促进作用 ,因而楚雄盆地是一个油气勘探前景广阔的区域
The Chuxiong Basin is a Mesozoic foreland basin. During the evolution of the basin, the paleogeographic pattern of “two concaves and one dragon” has been formed. In the process of rapid subsidence in the QianYuan basin, the under-compensated oil-producing depression is developed and the semi-localized oil-producing depression is formed in the Longlian basin under the barrier of foreland uplift. The reservoir rocks in the basin can be divided into three major categories: the first is the turbidite in the foreland area and the Longlian basin; the second is the source rocks in the rivers, deltaic and coastal shallow seas on both sides of the foreland uplift and the edge of the Longlian Basin The third is the foreland gentle slope carbonate rock with the foreland uplifted to the sea side. Foreland thrusting started from the beginning of Latin and pushed forward to Yangtze craton through the previous pattern, forming fault-fold fold, fault-fold fold, step-thrust fault and lithologic trap, , The thrust belt with the front edge of the subduction with wrinkle trap and other trap types. The emplacement of the foreland thrust belt promotes the migration and preservation of oil and gas and is the heat source and power for oil and gas to mature and migrate. Therefore, the evolution of the thrust zone in the basin played a huge role in promoting the accumulation of oil and gas. Therefore, the Chuxiong Basin is A prospective area for oil and gas exploration
