目的:比较栽培与野生苦参的清热、利尿、镇痛方面的药效学作用。方法:以干酵母致大鼠高热模型比较栽培苦参与野生苦参的解热作用;以代谢笼收集大鼠不同时间点的排尿量和总尿量比较栽培与野生苦参的利尿效果;采用热板和扭体法比较观察其对小鼠的镇痛作用。结果:栽培与野生苦参(1,2,4 g.kg-1剂量)均能明显降低酵母菌致热模型大鼠的体温;明显增加大鼠不同时间段的排尿量和排尿总量;栽培与野生苦参3,6 g.kg-1剂量均可明显提高小鼠的热板痛阈值、明显延长小鼠出现扭体的潜伏期并明显减少小鼠的扭体次数,表明其具有非常明显的镇痛作用。结论:栽培苦参与野生苦参都具有明显的清热、利尿和镇痛方面的作用,药效学作用强度比较野生与栽培苦参无显著差异,本实验结果为栽培苦参代替野生苦参提供了实验依据。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the pharmacodynamic effects of heat, diuretic and analgesia between cultivated and wild flavescens. Methods: The hyperthermia model was established by using dry yeast to compare the antipyretic effect of cultivated Sophora flavescens and wild Sophora flavescens. The urinary output and total urinary volume at different time points were collected by metabolic cage to compare the diuretic effect between cultivated and wild Sophora flavescens. Plate and writhing method to compare the analgesic effect on mice. Results: Both cultivated and wild Sophora flavescens (1, 2, 4 g.kg-1 dose) could obviously reduce the body temperature of rats induced by yeast; significantly increase the amount of urination and total urination during different time periods; And wild Sophora flavescens 3,6 g.kg-1 dose can significantly increase the threshold of heat-pain in mice, significantly prolong the incubation period of writhing in mice and significantly reduce the number of writhing in mice, indicating that it has a very significant Analgesic effect. CONCLUSION: Both cultivated Sophora flavescens and wild Sophora flavescens have significant effects on heat-clearing, diuretic and analgesic activities. There is no significant difference in the pharmacodynamic effects between wild and cultivated Sophora flavescens. The results of this experiment are provided for the cultivation of Sophora flavescens instead of Sophora flavescens Experimental basis.
