采用SHS-加压法制备了TiC-Ni,TiC-Ni-Mo硬质合金。对于Ti-C-Ni系,首先形成Ti-Ni溶液,碳溶入其中后,TiC从中析出,通过压力下的液相烧结形成致密TiC-Ni合金。镍含量影响TiC的晶粒大小和形貌。添加钼可细化TiC晶粒。SHS TiC-Ni和TiC-Ni-Mo合金的力学性能与相近成分的常规合金相当。
TiC-Ni and TiC-Ni-Mo cemented carbide were prepared by SHS-press method. For the Ti-C-Ni system, a Ti-Ni solution is formed first, and after the carbon is dissolved therein, TiC is precipitated therefrom and a dense TiC-Ni alloy is formed by liquid phase sintering under pressure. Nickel content affects the grain size and morphology of TiC. Adding molybdenum can be refined TiC grains. The mechanical properties of SHS TiC-Ni and TiC-Ni-Mo alloys are comparable to those of conventional alloys of similar composition.
