目的监测分析并评价新疆某焦化厂工作场所中粉尘、二氧化硫(SO_2)和噪声污染情况,提出合理的可预防措施和建议。方法采用现场调查和现场检测方法,根据国家职业卫生标准及相关规范进行综合性评估。结果行政办公室的粉尘、SO_2和噪声合格率均为100.0%;机测粉尘浓度有5次超过职业卫生长时间接触允许浓度,超标率6.5%、合格率93.5%,捣固站噪声强度77次均超过职业接触限值、超标率为100.0%、合格率为零。结论炼焦单元机测粉尘危害和捣固机噪声危害较严重,须加强工程技术防护、个体防护、职业卫生管理,以确保作业人员的健康和安全。
Objective To monitor, analyze and evaluate the dust, sulfur dioxide (SO_2) and noise pollution in the workplace of a coking plant in Xinjiang, and put forward reasonable precautionary measures and suggestions. Methods The methods of on-site investigation and on-site detection were used to conduct a comprehensive assessment according to the national occupational health standards and relevant norms. Results The passing rate of dust, SO_2 and noise in the administrative office was 100.0%. The dust concentration of machine test exceeded the allowable concentration of long-time exposure to occupational hygiene by 6.5%, the pass rate was 93.5%, and the noise intensity of stamping station was 77 times Exceeds the occupational exposure limits, exceeding the standard rate of 100.0%, pass rate of zero. Conclusion Coking unit dust hazards and tamping machine noise more serious damage, to strengthen engineering and technical protection, individual protection, occupational health management, in order to ensure the health and safety of workers.
