在经济转轨、社会转型时期,关乎民生问题的人民内部矛盾日益增多,而与之相对应的矛盾纠纷解决机制却相对薄弱。构建多元化纠纷解决机制,应推进司法改革,建立和完善非诉讼纠纷解决机制;积极引导民间非诉讼纠纷解决方式的发展,并实现诉讼内外的衔接与互补。 During the period of economic transition and social transformation, the contradictions among the people concerning people’s livelihood have been increasing day by day, while the contradictions and disputes resolution mechanisms corresponding to them have been relatively weak. To establish a diversified dispute resolution mechanism, judicial reform should be promoted and a non-litigation dispute resolution mechanism should be established and improved. The development of non-litigation dispute resolution methods should be actively encouraged and convergence and complementarity should be established between litigation and non-litigation.
