我们将1992年3月～1993年3月收治的90例急性脑梗塞患者,随机分为红细胞单采组(简称单采组)30例,低分子右旋糖酥组(简称低右组)30例和蝮蛇抗栓酶组(简称抗栓酶组)30例,进行治疗,并对临床疗效对照观察,现报道如下。
We divided 90 patients with acute cerebral infarction who were treated from March 1992 to March 1993 and were randomly divided into 30 cases of erythrocyte apheresis group and 30 cases of low molecular weight dextrose crisp group Cases and viper antithrombin group (referred to as antithrombin group) 30 cases, for treatment, and the clinical efficacy of controlled observation, are reported below.
