苯作为有机溶剂及化工原料,在工农业生产中已广泛使用。据文献报导苯能诱发实验动物和人类体细胞染色体损伤。迄合为止,对在卫生标准浓度40mg/m~3下长期吸入纯苯蒸气是否能诱发染色体损伤的报导很少。为修订我国车间空气中苯的卫生标准提供依据,本文选用微核试验作观察指标,对此问题进行了初步探讨。
Benzene as an organic solvent and chemical raw materials, has been widely used in industrial and agricultural production. It has been reported in the literature that benzene can induce chromosome damage in experimental animals and human somatic cells. As of the date, few reports of chromosomal damage induced by long-term inhalation of pure benzene vapor at a standard 40 mg / m3 health standard. In order to provide a basis for the revision of the hygienic standard of benzene in the air of the workshop in our country, this paper selects the micronucleus test as the observation index and makes a preliminary discussion on this issue.
