现代企业人力资源管理中,薪酬管理是其重要组成部分,关系到企业员工的直接经济利益,也反作用于企业内部效应。企业在经营的顺利发展一定上依赖于企业薪酬管理制度或是标准是否具有公平性。企业薪酬管理应该按照基本原则也就是公平性进行展开,从企业的长远发展角度而言,公平合理的薪酬管理对于企业员工在展开工作时能够激发积极性和提高主观能动性,提高企业的核心竞争力。本文针对企业薪酬管理公平性的主要内涵以及对员工工作绩效的影响结果进行论述,对于企业在制定薪酬管理时关于薪酬分配标准、分配额度和方式上有可以参考的依据。
In modern enterprise human resource management, salary management is an important part of it. It relates to the direct economic benefits of employees and also to the internal effect of enterprises. The smooth development of enterprises in the operation must depend on the enterprise pay management system or whether the standard is fair. The compensation management of enterprises should be carried out in accordance with the basic principle that is fairness. From the perspective of the long-term development of enterprises, fair and reasonable remuneration management can inspire enthusiasm, enhance subjective initiative and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises when employees start work. This paper discusses the main connotation of the enterprise pay management fairness and the impact on the performance of the staff work results for the enterprise in the development of pay management on the remuneration distribution standards, the amount and mode of distribution can be based on reference.
