本文通过寿命谱和多普勒增宽谱测量来了解正电子在不同结晶度Teflon中的湮没机制。同时为获得长寿命驻极体提供信息。用FWHM=440ps的寿命谱仪测量了由等温退火和淬火而获得不同结晶度的Teflon样品。用X衍射测得等温退火样品的结晶度为74%称TEF~((c)),而淬火样品几乎看不到结晶峰称TEF~((α))。用对~(106)Ru的分辨率为1.14keV的高纯锗测量两种不同结晶度的多普勒增宽谱,算得S参数见表。
In this paper, we know the annihilation mechanism of positron in Teflon with different crystallinity by lifetime spectrum and Doppler broadening spectrum measurement. At the same time to obtain long-life electret to provide information. Teflon samples with different crystallinity obtained by isothermal annealing and quenching were measured with a lifetime spectrometer with FWHM = 440 ps. The crystallinity of isothermal annealed samples measured by X-ray diffraction is 74%, and TEF ~ ((c)) is almost the same as that of quenched samples. The Doppler broadening spectra of two different crystallinity were measured with high-purity germanium with ~ (106) Ru at a resolution of 1.14 keV, and the S parameters were calculated as shown in the table.
