用世界卫生组织课题(健康教育对哺乳和避孕行为的影响-上海市产后妇女哺乳和避孕行为的队列研究)的资料对产后早期的哺乳行为进行分析。分析结果表明调查对象对早吸吮、早开奶的认识还不够,婴儿的首次吸吮物为母亲奶头的比例较低(27.7%),产后的中位开奶时间较长(48小时)。调查结果还表明产后6周时的按需喂养比例较高,达87.6%,但住院期间的按需喂养比例较低,仅37.6%。调查中发现妊娠期间接受过有关母乳喂养宣传教育的妇女其哺乳行为较好。宣传教育是改善母乳习惯的重要措施,母婴同室是推广母乳喂养的一项重要措施。整个分析结果表明产后早期的哺乳行为达到新母乳喂养观点要求的比例较低,近期的哺乳行为有待进一步的改善
The postpartum lactation behavior was analyzed using data from the World Health Organization (Health Education Impact on Breastfeeding and Contraceptive Behavior - A Cohort Study of Breastfeeding and Contraception in Shanghai). The analysis showed that the respondents did not know enough about suckling early morning milk, the first suckling babies had a lower rate of mothers’ teats (27.7%) and the longer the median postpartum milk opening (48 hours). The survey also showed a high on-demand feeding rate of 6 weeks postpartum, accounting for 87.6%, but the rate of on-demand feeding during hospitalization was low at 37.6%. The survey found that women who received education on breastfeeding during pregnancy had a better breastfeeding behavior. Education is an important measure to improve breastfeeding habits. Maternal and child room is an important measure to promote breastfeeding. The overall analysis showed that early postpartum breastfeeding behavior to reach a new low proportion of breastfeeding point of view, the recent breastfeeding needs further improvement
