南洞庭(胜天)特大桥主桥承台为27.8m×44.8m×7m倒矩形结构,单个承台混凝土总方量为8 184.5m~3,单次最大浇筑方量为2 338m~3,为大体积混凝土。其水化热大,绝热温升高,温度裂纹预防及控制难度大。施工时,通过优化配合比设计、减薄浇筑分层、加强散热效率、降低混凝土的入模温度、全蓄水的保温养生等一系列措施及方法,有效地消除了温度裂纹的产生。
The main dam cap of the South Dongting (Shengtian) Super Bridge is 27.8m × 44.8m × 7m inverted rectangular structure.
