本文探讨了任务前构思与在线构思两种不同的构思方式在限时写作条件下对二语写作语言表现的影响。两个二语水平层次的120名中国大学非英语专业学生参与了实验,对他们的文本进行了流利度、准确度、复杂度的统计与分析。结果发现,写作者在任务前构思的条件下写作的流利度有显著提高,准确度、句法复杂度也有提高,但幅度不显著,而词汇复杂度在在线构思的条件下有一定提高,但幅度也不显著。二语水平与不同构思方式对写作的流利度和准确度没有交互影响,对写作的复杂度有交互影响,任务前构思对二语水平高的写作者在句法复杂度和词汇复杂度方面都有促进作用,而对低水平写作者没有帮助。以上结果表明任务前构思与在线构思对二语写作语言表现有不同的作用,这对二语写作教学与测试都有一定的启示。
This article explores the influence of two different conceptions of preconception and online conception on second language performance under the condition of limited time writing. 120 non-English majors from two Chinese universities at the L2 level participated in the experiment and carried out statistics and analysis on their fidelity, accuracy and complexity. The results show that the writers’ fluentness in writing under the preconditioning conception is significantly improved, the accuracy and syntactic complexity are also improved, but the magnitude is not significant, while the vocabulary complexity is increased under the conception of online conception, but the magnitude Not significant either. The above results show that preconception and online conception have different effects on second language writing performance, which has some enlightenment on second language writing teaching and testing.
