当前,农村小学师资现状基本上是数量不够、年龄老化、结构不合理、素质偏低。前三个问题需要政府出台政策加以解决,而素质偏低问题的探讨教育界则是仁者见仁、智者见智。随着教师专业化观念的深入人心,现仅从教师知识结构和教学修养两大方面对农村师资素质的提高,提出了现实而又可行的建议。
At present, the status quo of teachers in rural primary schools is basically not enough in number, aging in age, irrational structure and low quality. The first three issues require the government to introduce policies to be addressed, while the issue of low quality discussion of education is the benevolent see the benevolence, the wise see the wisdom. With the deepening popularity of teachers ’professionalism, the author proposes realistic and feasible suggestions on the improvement of teachers’ qualities in rural areas from two aspects of teacher knowledge structure and teaching and learning.
