In today’s pop music scene, the phenomenon of the first words and the second songs are commonplace. There are only a few songs that rely on the lyrics, but the Song of the Yangtze River is the first one. Perhaps because of this, some listeners often ask about the creation of the song. I can not help but say that the song’s success is entirely a gift of life. I remember the first time I approached the Yangtze River, in the autumn of 1981. In that full moon, Osamu fragrance season, I came to the picturesque Jiangnan. When I boarded the magnificent Nanjing Yangtze River Bridge, looking at the river from the distant Pentium, my heart suddenly, I feel that long days are so lofty, the earth is so broad. That white river in the waves, is it still condensing the spirit of the snow-capped mountains ?! That full roar of the waves, is not echoes of history
