烟草花叶是我国烟区的重要病害,对烟叶产量和品质影响很大。为了寻找有效控制办法,福建农学院病毒研究室自1984年以来进行了大量的激抗剂温室盆栽筛选试验,并推出了6种药剂到主烟区开展小区试验和大田示范,现将结果简报如下。小区试验设在永定县抚市和高坡,小区面积16.67×10~(-4)ha。裂区设计,重复3次。供试品种为密目烟和翠碧一号;供试激抗剂为ER 847、ER 848、ER 849、ER 851、ER 852、ER 853,并以目前推广的NS-83为药物对照,以喷清水为空白对照。施药时间分十字期和成苗期,每次施药前两天人工摩擦接种烟草花叶病毒(TMV)和黄瓜花叶病毒(CMV);并于接种前和喷药后10、20、30、60天调查统计各处理的发病率及病情指数。各小区分别分期采收和
Tobacco mosaic is an important disease in China’s tobacco area, a great impact on the yield and quality of tobacco.
