采用2kW横流CO2激光器在汽轮机末级叶片进气边熔覆钴基合金,以提高其抗水蚀能力。介绍了叶片激光熔覆的工艺、设备及处理结果,处理成功的叶片已装机运行。结果表明,激光熔覆技术可在汽轮机末级叶片的生产中推广应用。
A 2kW cross-flow CO2 laser was used to coat the Co-based alloy on the intake side of the last turbine blade to enhance its resistance to water erosion. The process, equipment and processing results of the blade laser cladding are introduced. The successful processing of the blade has been installed. The results show that laser cladding technology can be widely used in the production of the last stage blades of steam turbine.
