采用基于粘性CFD理论的多体耦合方法对不同叶片参数下潮流能垂直轴自由变偏角水轮机的运动和动力特性进行数值模拟研究。研究表明:叶片偏角变化规律是决定该水轮机性能的重要因素,主要由水动力和惯性力所产生的俯仰力矩决定。通过分析叶片质量以及叶片自转轴与叶片质心距离对叶片摆动过程中俯仰力矩的影响规律,给出叶片参数对水轮机运动和动力特性的控制规律。
The multi-body coupling method based on viscous CFD theory is used to simulate the motion and dynamic characteristics of tidal current free-variable turbine with variable flow parameters under different blade parameters. The results show that the variation law of blade declination is an important factor to determine the performance of the turbine, which is mainly determined by the pitching moment generated by hydrodynamic force and inertial force. By analyzing the influence of blade mass and pitching distance between blade rotation axis and blade centroid on pitch moment in blade oscillation process, the control law of blade parameters on the movement and dynamic characteristics of turbine is given.
