为了远距离探知物体表面红外辐射分布和测量物体表面温差,对红外摄像器件进行了长期的研制。尤其是近十年来研制工作的进展很快,线阵摄像器件已达到了实用化水平,并取得了能够分辨0.1℃温度的图像。目前正在集中力量研制红外摄像用的面阵电荷耦合器件(IRCCD)。本文概括介绍正在研制中的IRCCD的结构和特性,还分别介绍了最近提出的几种10μm波段用IRCCD的研制状况。
In order to detect the infrared radiation distribution on the object surface and measure the temperature difference of the object surface, the infrared camera has been developed for a long time. In particular, the development of the past ten years has progressed rapidly. Linear imaging devices have reached a practical level and have been able to distinguish images at a temperature of 0.1 ° C. At present, efforts are being made to develop area array charge-coupled device (IRCCD) for infrared camera. This article provides an overview of the structure and characteristics of the IRCCD under development, and introduces the recent developments of several IRCCDs in the 10 μm band.
