The potentiostatic deposition of cadmium-rich CMT films onto Ti, Mo, Ni substratesfrom an aqueous bath was carried out. The photoelectrochemical properties of film electrodes wereinvestigated when used in a solid-liquid junction photoelectrochemical cell (PEC). A.C. capacitancewas determined.
