本文研究了Ni-20Cr-20Co-20W高温合金中第二相在长期时效过程中的析出规律,以及它们的溶解规律。结果表明,除析出有μ相和M_6C外,还发现有点阵参数略小于M_6C的M_(12)C型碳化物,其化学组成式为(Ni_(0.47)Co_(0.53)_(4.8)(Cr_(0.27)W_(0.13)_(7.2)C,析出温度范围是800~11℃,析出高蜂在900℃,而M_6C析出温度范围是900~1150℃,析出高峰在1000℃。此外,在700℃或800℃长期时效后,发现有M_6C+Cr→M_(23)C_6+M的反应,式中M_C是属于一次MC。用金属薄膜技术测定出μ相和γ基体间的关系是(0110)_μ∥(110)_γ,〔0001〕_μ∥〔116〕γ。
In this paper, the precipitation of the second phase Ni-20Cr-20Co-20W superalloy in the long-term aging process, as well as their dissolution rules. The results show that M_ (12) C carbides with lattice parameters slightly smaller than those of M_6C are found except μ phase and M_6C. The chemical composition is (Ni_ (0.47) Co_ (0.53) _ (4.8) (0.27) W_ (0.13) _ (7.2) C, the temperature range of precipitation is 800 ~ 11 ℃, the temperature of precipitation is 900 ℃, while the temperature of precipitation of M_6C is 900 ~ 1150 ℃, the precipitation peak is at 1000 ℃. The reaction of M_6C + Cr → M_ (23) C_6 + M was found after long-term aging at ℃ or 800 ℃, where M_C belongs to the first MC.The relationship between μ phase and γ matrix was determined by metal thin film technique (0110) _∥ (110) _γ, [0001] _μ // [116] γ.
