在单缸四冲程柴油机上对乳化重油的燃烧和排放特性进行了系统的研究。将重油和柴油按照1:1进行调和,再加入一定量的水分进行乳化得到乳化重油。在不改变柴油机结构的前提下进行实验,实验结果表明:乳化重油在柴油机中能够正常的工作,油耗和燃烧纯柴油基本相当。污染物的排放中,碳烟和氮化物明显降低,而CO有一定程度的增加。从总体看,乳化重油能够满足柴油机的使用,并达到环保要求。
The combustion and emission characteristics of emulsified heavy oil were systematically studied on a single cylinder four-stroke diesel engine. The heavy oil and diesel in 1: 1 to reconcile, then add a certain amount of water for emulsification to obtain emulsified heavy oil. The experiment was carried out without changing the structure of the diesel engine. The experimental results show that the emulsified heavy oil can work normally in a diesel engine, and the fuel consumption and the combustion of pure diesel oil are basically the same. In the emission of pollutants, soot and nitride were significantly reduced, while CO increased to a certain extent. Overall, emulsified heavy oil can meet the diesel engine usage and achieve environmental protection requirements.
