通过大众传播媒介进行的国际传播包括两个部分:由内向外的传播和由外向内的传播。中国的、尤其是中国国际广播电台的国际传播往往具有双向性使命,即,向外国受众传递中国声音,讲好中国故事;对内报道对象国、对象地区消息及其对全球事务的舆论观点。国际传播的双向作用既有差异化,也有共通点,需要从业人员在实践中探索规律,在规律中提炼理论,进而由理论再指导实践,优化完善传播布局与手法,强化提升传播实效与实力。
International communication through the mass media consists of two parts: internal and external communication and external and internal communication. International communications in China, especially China Radio International, often have a two-way mission of transmitting Chinese voices to foreign audiences and stressing the story of China. They report on the target countries, regional targets and their opinion on global issues. The two-way role of international communication is not only differentiated, but also has common ground. It requires practitioners to explore the law in practice, to refine the theory in the law, and then to redirect the practice through theory. The communication layout and tactics should be optimized and improved to enhance the effectiveness and strength of communication.
