目前的教育教改形式下,后进生的转化成长已成为提高学生整体水平的一个关键因素,也成为九年义务教育真正提高学生素质的一项重要内容。由于后进生学困的形成原因有多方面,教师也必须从多方面采取有力措施实现对后进生的转化与提高。本文拟从自然教育、分层教学、情感教育、家校教育等方面谈谈自己的一些心得。
Under the current educational reform form, the transformation and growth of postsecondary students have become a key factor in improving the overall level of students and have become an important part of nine-year compulsory education to really improve the quality of students. Due to the many reasons for the formation of post-graduation learning difficulties, teachers must take effective measures in many aspects to achieve the transformation and improvement of post-graduation students. This article intends to talk about some of my own experiences in nature education, teaching in different levels, emotional education and home school education.
