在施工过程中,传统的清蜡方式是利用高温蒸汽对油管进行冲洗,但热能及高压产生的动能利用率较低。针对油井在正常生产及施工过程中的油管内壁结蜡现象,通过作业现场的反复测试、完善,研制出高温高压自动归位清蜡器。该装置利用热能和高压能,使清蜡方式由单一的融化,改进为融化机械水力冲刷三位一体的清蜡方式。现场35口井的利用结果表明,与传统方式相比,施工效率提高62.5%。
In the process of construction, the traditional method of wax cleaning is to use high-temperature steam to flush the tubing, but the kinetic energy utilization due to heat and high pressure is low. Aiming at the phenomena of oil waxing on the inner wall of oil well during the normal production and construction of the oil well, a high temperature and high pressure automatic homeostrainer was developed through repeated testing and perfection on the job site. The results of the use of 35 wells in the field show that the construction efficiency has increased by 62.5% compared with the traditional method.
