利用微悬臂梁对光纤 Bragg光栅的振动传感特性进行了实验研究 ,其频率传感范围达到 2 .5 k Hz,并给出了实验拟合曲线 .研究表明 :光纤 Bragg光栅反射波长漂移的扫描平均值Δλ对微悬臂梁的谐振频率 νn 响应灵敏 .
The vibration sensing performance of fiber Bragg grating is experimentally studied by using micro-cantilever, and its frequency sensing range reaches 2.5 k Hz, and the experimental fitting curve is given. The results show that the scanning of wavelength shift of fiber Bragg grating The average Δλ is sensitive to the resonant frequency νn of the microcantilever.
