采用Griffing 2设计 ,对玉米株型性状的遗传 ,亲子相关以及玉米株型育种亲本选配的一些规律进行了研究。结果表明 ,不同亲本之间玉米株型性状遗传力差异很明显。故在玉米株型育种时 ,要先对目标性状进行配合力研究 ,以增加预见性 ,减少盲目性。同时 ,要组配紧凑型杂交种 ,必须是双亲均为紧凑型 ;要组配半紧凑型杂交种 ,亲本之一必须是紧凑型或中间类型 ,另一亲本可以是中间类型或平展型 ;平展型亲本之间以及平展型和中间型亲本之间 ,只能组配出平展型杂交种。
The Griffing 2 design was used to study the inheritance of plant type traits, parent-offspring correlation and maize selection of maize plant breeding parents. The results showed that there were obvious differences in the heritability of plant type traits among different parents. Therefore, in corn plant type breeding, the first to carry out research on the combining ability of the target trait, in order to increase the predictability and reduce the blindness. In the meantime, to assemble compact hybrids, both parents must be compact; to assemble semi-compact hybrids, one of the parents must be either compact or intermediate and the other parent can be of the intermediate or flat type; Between the type of parents and between the flat type and intermediate type, only with the flat type hybrids.
