多组织沙盘模拟这门课程在帮助学生理解和掌握供应链以及企业的运营规律方面起着越来越重要的作用。然而,在模拟企业运营过程中,学生所“经营的企业(或子公司)”的业绩排名一般由系统给出,并未考虑集团业绩对子公司的影响,按该排名直接评定学生成绩往往不够公平。本文采用AHP层次分析法,对企业经营业绩和学生成绩进行了量化,从而使学生成绩的评定更公平合理,更有利于培养学生的集体意识和团队精神。
Multi-Organizational Sand Table Simulation This course is playing an increasingly important role in helping students understand and master the supply chain and the operating rules of the organization.
