塑料输液瓶经济、实用,在国外已广泛采用,国内近年亦有产品问世。我们对聚丙烯输液瓶(南通市塑料三厂生产)进行了生物学检测,结果报告如下。 1.热原试验注射用水适量瓶内荡洗2次,加入灭菌生理盐水38ml,封口后110℃灭菌30min。予家兔缓慢注射(10ml/kg),常规检测,并以同批号灭菌生理盐水作空白对照。结果:试验液3只家兔分别升温 Plastic infusion bottles are economical and practical.
