目的探讨印片细胞学与DNA倍体分析对诊断术中冷冻肺部良恶性肿块的价值。方法通过印片细胞学及DNA倍体全自动图像分析仪分别对86例肺部肿术中冷冻样本做出病理诊断,并与常规石蜡切片病理诊断进行比较。结果印片细胞学对肺部肿瘤术中冷冻样本诊断的特异性为88.9%,敏感性为83.1%,准确率为88.4%;DNA倍体分析对肺部肿瘤块术中冷冻样本的诊断特异性为100%,敏感性为94.9%,准确率为96.5%;两者比较差异显著(P<0.01)。结论印片细胞学结合DNA倍体分析对肺部肿瘤术中冰冻样本良恶性的诊断具有较高的应用价值。
Objective To investigate the value of printing cytology and DNA ploid analysis in the diagnosis of benign and malignant lung in frozen section. Methods Eighty-six frozen samples of lung emphysema were respectively made pathological diagnosis by printing cytology and DNA ploidy automatic image analyzer and compared with routine paraffin section pathological diagnosis. Results The specificity of printing cytology was 88.9% for the diagnosis of frozen tumor in lung tumor, the sensitivity was 83.1% and the accuracy was 88.4%. The diagnostic specificity of DNA ploidy in frozen samples of lung tumor Was 100%, the sensitivity was 94.9% and the accuracy rate was 96.5%. The difference was significant (P <0.01). Conclusion The technique of printing cytology combined with DNA ploidy analysis is of high value in the diagnosis of benign and malignant lung cancer intraoperative frozen samples.
