目的研究枝网刺柳珊瑚Echinogorgia sassapo reticulata的化学成分。方法利用硅胶薄层层析、硅胶柱层析、凝胶Sephadex LH-20柱层析、HPLC等手段对化学成分进行了分离纯化;结合理化性质和波谱数据分析,通过文献对照,鉴定化合物的结构。结果从枝网刺柳珊瑚Echinogorgia sassapo reticulata的甲醇、二氯甲烷提取物中,分离并鉴定了12个单体化合物:胆甾-5-烯-3β-醇(1),(22E)-胆甾-5,22-二烯-3β-醇(2),(23E)-胆甾-5,23-二烯-3β-醇(3),麦角甾-5,24(28)-二烯-3β-醇(4),(24Z)-豆甾-5,24(28)-二烯-3β-醇(5),豆甾-5-烯-3β-醇(6),(22E)-胆甾-7,22-二烯-3β,5α,6β-三醇(7),(22E)-豆甾-7,22-二烯-3β,5α,6β-三醇(8),α-23-烷-甘油醚(9),正十六醇(10),胸腺嘧啶(11),尿嘧啶(12);其中化合物2~11为首次在该物种中分离获得。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Echinogorgia sassapo reticulata Methods The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by silica gel thin-layer chromatography, silica gel column chromatography, gel Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and HPLC. According to the physical and chemical properties and spectral data analysis, the structures of the compounds were identified . Results Twelve monomer compounds were isolated and identified from the methanol and methylene chloride extracts of the Echinogorgia sassapo reticulata (Echinogorgia sassapo reticulata): Cholest-5-en-3β-ol (1), (22E) (23E) -cholesta-5,23-dien-3β-ol (3), ergistetra-5,24 (28) -diene-3β (6), (22E) -cholesta-5-ene-3β-ol -7,22-diene-3β, 5α, 6β-triol (7), (22E) (9), n-hexadecanol (10), thymine (11) and uracil (12). Among them, compounds 2-11 were isolated for the first time in this species.
