学校体育是我国体育事业的一部分,学生是学校体育运动的主体。本文以我国7-19岁儿童青少年体质状况为研究对象,主要采用文献综述法和数理分析法,为学校体育课程教学改革提出可行性意见。
School physical education is part of our country’s sports. Students are the main body of school physical education. In this paper, the physical status of adolescents aged 7-19 years in our country is taken as the research object, and the methods of literature review and mathematical analysis are mainly used to put forward feasible suggestions for the reform of school PE curriculum.
