中国海油石油公司经过30多年的快速发展,已逐步发展成为国际性综合能源公司,海外业务和资产遍布20多个国家和地区。要成功进入、运营海外资产和业务,具有一支经验丰富、熟悉国际规则和当地国文化法律等国际人才队伍至关重要。基于此,从分析中国海油石油公司国际人才队伍存在的现状和问题入手,从选拔、培养、使用、管理激励等方面,系统提出国际人才培养的思路和建议,为国内企业培养国际化人才提供借鉴和指导。
After 30 years of rapid development, CNOOC Petroleum Corporation has gradually developed into an international comprehensive energy company with overseas operations and assets in more than 20 countries and regions. To successfully enter and operate overseas assets and businesses, it is of paramount importance to have an international team of experienced personnel who are familiar with international rules and local cultural laws.
