研究了液体火箭发动机涡轮泵转子系统发生干摩擦时的故障状态。建立了该状态下的运动微分方程 ,并运用四阶变步长 Runge- Kutta法对其求解 ,分析了该故障状态下的振动特征 ,为涡轮泵的监控和事后故障诊断提供了理论依据。
The failure state of the liquid rocket engine turbo pump rotor system under dry friction was studied. The differential equation of motion in this state is established and solved by the fourth-order variable step Runge-Kutta method. The vibration characteristics under the fault condition are analyzed, which provides a theoretical basis for the monitoring and post-fault diagnosis of the turbo pump.
