为系统研究煤矿瓦斯爆炸诱导煤尘二次爆炸的相关规律,针对煤尘、瓦斯复杂混合物的爆炸特性,采用高压室内瓦斯爆炸破膜产生激波,激波卷扬低压室内预置好的煤尘或煤尘-瓦斯混合物的方式,在自建的水平爆炸管道内对4种浓度的煤尘进行试验研究。结果表明:瓦斯爆炸诱导煤尘二次爆炸的爆炸压力随煤尘浓度的增大呈现先增后减的趋势,当煤尘质量浓度为200 g/m3时二次爆炸压力最大。以煤尘质量浓度为200 g/m3的煤尘-空气混合物为例,在其中加入体积分数为2%的瓦斯气体后发现,其爆炸压力为0.441 6 MPa,增加了0.08 MPa,而且随着瓦斯体积分数由1%增至2%时,爆炸压力也相应增大。
