[目的]观察卡泊芬净在体外对棘阿米巴的抑制作用.[方法]用生理盐水作为空白对照,甲硝唑2.0g/L作为阳性对照,观察50,100,500mg/L质量浓度卡泊芬净在体外作用4,8,24,48,72h时观察棘阿米巴生长情况.[结果]与对照组比较,卡泊芬净质量浓度为50,100mg/L时棘阿米巴的生长差异不明显,质量浓度500mg/L、抑制时间4h开始棘阿米巴的生长明显得到抑制.[结论]卡泊芬净质量浓度为500mg/L时在体外对棘阿米巴的生长有抑制和杀伤作用,且效果优于甲硝唑.
[Objective] To observe the inhibitory effect of caspofungin on Acanthamoeba in vitro. [Conclusion] The inhibitory effect of Caspofungin at a concentration of 500mg / L on the growth of Acanthamoeba , And the effect is better than metronidazole.
