针对离心式冷水机组制冷剂的特殊要求,遵循优势互补的原则,筛选出了两种新的氟利昂12(R12)离心式冷水机组替代物LXR1和LXR2。对它们的基本物性参数和循环性能与R12进行了对比;并研究了蒸发温度、冷凝温度、过热度、过冷度对它们循环性能的影响,发现与R12的变化趋势相似;同时还分析了泄漏对替代物摩尔质量的影响,说明泄漏对替代物摩尔质量的影响不大。表明LXR1和LXR2具有良好的直接充灌和循环性能,可成为在用的R12离心式冷水机组的中、近期替代物。
According to the special requirements of centrifugal chiller units, two new alternatives of LXR1 and LXR2 for freon 12 (R12) centrifugal chillers were selected according to the principle of complementarity. Their basic physical properties and cycling performance were compared with those of R12. The effects of evaporation temperature, condensation temperature, superheat and supercooling on their cycling performance were also studied. The results showed that the trend was similar to that of R12. Meanwhile, the leakage On the molar mass of the substitute, indicating that the leakage has little effect on the molar mass of the substitute. This shows that LXR1 and LXR2 have good direct filling and cycling performance and can be used as medium and short-term alternatives for R12 centrifugal chillers in service.
