目的:观察脑蛋白水解物治疗早产儿脑损伤的疗效。方法:对81例早产儿脑损伤患儿进行回顾性分析。所有病例随机分为治疗组(41例)与对照组(40例)。两组患儿入院后均进行脑蛋白水解物治疗,轻度治疗7~10天、中度治疗10~14天、重度治疗14~21天。治疗组出院后每隔1月复查1次,有运动发育及CT检查异常继续治疗至1岁,每月治疗1次,每次10天,并加强功能训练;而对照组出院后未坚持治疗及加强功能训练。通过对比两组患儿1岁内运动发育情况及头颅CT情况。结果:治疗组与对照组有极显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:脑蛋白水解物治疗早产儿脑损伤有显著疗效,能使早产儿运动发育接近正常儿童。
Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of brain protein hydrolyzate on brain injury in premature infants. Methods: A retrospective analysis was performed on 81 infants with brain injury in premature infants. All cases were randomly divided into treatment group (41 cases) and control group (40 cases). Two groups of children were treated brain protein hydrolyzate after admission, mild treatment of 7 to 10 days, moderate treatment of 10 to 14 days, severe treatment of 14 to 21 days. The treatment group was reviewed every other month after discharge 1, with exercise development and CT abnormalities to 1 year of treatment, once a month for 10 days, and enhance functional training; while the control group did not adhere to treatment after discharge and Strengthen functional training. By comparing the two groups of children 1 year old sports development and cranial CT situation. Results: There was a significant difference between the treatment group and the control group (P <0.01). CONCLUSION: Brain protein hydrolyzate has a significant therapeutic effect on brain injury in preterm infants and can make motor development of premature infants close to normal children.
