通过外观形貌、腐蚀产物、碳化深度、氯离子含量、硫酸根离子含量等,全面分析了在滨海盐渍土环境中自然暴露17年的钢筋混凝土桩的腐蚀特征,论述了钢筋混凝土材料在滨海盐渍土环境下的腐蚀机理和耐久性的劣化规律。结果表明,不同部位的钢筋混凝土桩的破坏程度、中性化深度、钢筋锈蚀和侵蚀性离子含量分布有着显著不同;混凝土桩发生由表及里的侵蚀,经过17年的自然暴露,大气区混凝土中性化深度大于10mm,吸附区钢筋锈蚀严重,失重率超过2.0%,腐蚀深度超过24mm,已大于保护层厚度。
The corrosion characteristics of reinforced concrete piles naturally exposed to coastal salinized soil for 17 years were analyzed comprehensively by appearance, corrosion products, carbonation depth, chloride ion content and sulfate ion content. The effects of reinforced concrete materials on the coastal Corrosion Mechanism and Durability Degradation in Saline Soil. The results show that the damage degree, neutral depth, steel corrosion and corrosive ion content distribution of reinforced concrete piles in different parts are significantly different. The concrete piles are eroded by the surface and the interior, after 17 years of natural exposure, The depth of neutralization is more than 10mm, and the corrosion of steel bar in the adsorption zone is serious. The weight loss rate exceeds 2.0% and the corrosion depth exceeds 24mm, which is greater than the thickness of the protective layer.
