棚洞是整治山区铁路大规模危岩落石灾害的常见措施,其结构形式往往受各种因素的影响而各有特点。该文以成昆线“8.30”地震灾害复旧工程控制性工程-成昆铁路新江站新建悬臂棚洞工程为例,在方案比选中从技术、经济及施工便利性等综合因素考虑,设计出国内少见的具有高立柱、大悬臂特点的棚洞方案,不仅有效的治理了落石灾害,节省了投资,也较好的处理了工程建设与既有铁路运营的相互影响,为既有铁路上修建复杂棚洞工程积累了宝贵的经验。
