以Nb-Ti低合金钢为研究对象,实验分析了3种不同的热处理工艺对奥氏体晶粒形态演化,以及材料微观组织和力学性能的影响,并分析了其影响机理。为低碳低合金钢的成分及热处理工艺优化提供了参考。
Taking Nb-Ti low-alloy steel as the research object, the effects of three different heat treatment processes on the austenite grain morphology evolution, as well as the microstructure and mechanical properties of the material were analyzed experimentally. The influence mechanism was also analyzed. It provides a reference for the composition of low carbon and low alloy steel and the optimization of heat treatment process.
