从植物生理学角度,对小麦双亲和衍生后代以及亲本近缘品种叶绿素组分、比例和总含量进行分析,可为品种选育及知识产权保护提供依据。取越冬期冬小麦基因型衡9966及其亲本良星99和良星66以及亲本近缘品种济麦22的幼苗叶片,进行叶绿素a、叶绿素b和叶绿素a+b含量以及叶绿素a/b测定与显著性分析。结果表明:衡9966的叶绿素a含量、叶绿素b含量及其二者总量和比值均高于双亲本及济麦22,其中,叶绿素a、叶绿素b和叶绿素a+b含量差异达到了极显著水平;叶绿素a/b与双亲和双亲平均值差异达到了显著水平,但与济麦22无显著差异。衡9966叶绿素a含量分别较良星66、良星99、济麦22高57.89%、46.34%和17.65%,较高的叶绿素a含量导致其叶片颜色较深。叶绿素a含量、叶绿素b含量、叶绿素a+b含量、叶绿素a/b这4个指标均具有明显的正向超亲现象,育种选择十分有效。叶绿素组分、比例及总含量可以作为检测品种真实性的手段和方法之一,用于知识产权保护。
From the point of view of plant physiology, analysis of chlorophyll components, proportions and total contents of parents and their offsprings derived from wheat and their relatives can provide basis for breed breeding and intellectual property protection. The contents of chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b and chlorophyll a + b and chlorophyll a / b in winter wheat genotypes 9966 and their parents Liangxing 99 and Liangxing 66 and their parents’ analysis. The results showed that the contents of chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b and their total contents and ratios in Heng 9966 were higher than that of parents and Jimai 22, and the difference of chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b and chlorophyll a + b reached the extremely significant level ; Chlorophyll a / b and parents and parents average difference reached a significant level, but no significant difference with Jimai 22. The content of chlorophyll a in Heng 9966 was 57.89%, 46.34% and 17.65% higher than that in Liangxing 66, Liangxing 99 and Jimai 22, respectively. The higher chlorophyll a content resulted in darker leaf color. Chlorophyll a content, chlorophyll b content, chlorophyll a + b content and chlorophyll a / b all had significant positive super-progeny, and breeding selection was very effective. Chlorophyll component, proportion and total content can be used as one of the means to detect the authenticity of varieties and methods for the protection of intellectual property.
