工会组织的职能是维护员工的基本利益、协调和解决员工与企业之间的劳动关系问题。民营企业的工会组织在协调劳动关系、劳动保护与劳动安全方面起着一定的作用。维护员工的合法权益、为员工创造公平的竞争环境、协助人事部门做好培训工作、提高员工队伍修养素质,以及做好工会经费的收缴工作等,是民营企业工会组织参与企业管理的重要着力点。
The function of a trade union organization is to safeguard the basic interests of employees and to coordinate and solve the labor relations between employees and enterprises. Private-owned trade unions play a certain role in coordinating labor relations, labor protection and labor safety. Maintaining the legitimate rights and interests of employees, creating a level playing field for employees, assisting personnel departments to do well in training, improving the quality of staffing, and collecting the funds of trade unions are important points for the participation of trade unions in private enterprises in the management of enterprises .
