油田水中微量碘的测定多采用化学分析手工操作 ,测定精度低 ,速度慢 ,操作繁琐。以I3与淀粉的显色反应为基础 ,采用流动注射分析 (FIA)技术 ,建立了油田水中微量碘的快速自动分析方法。首先在室温下用溴水作氧化剂使样品中的碘离子发生形态转化 ,生成碘酸盐 ,然后在线顺序完成过量溴的消除、碘的显色等步骤。设计出测定油田水中微量碘的FIA流路 ,试验了该流路的各项技术参数并进行了优化。结果表明 ,I3与淀粉反应形成的有色产物在 540nm波长处有最大吸收 ;线性范围 0~ 5mg/L ;线性相关系数为 0 .9998。该方法灵敏、快速、操作简便 ,用于油田水样品中的碘的测定 ,结果令人满意。
Determination of trace amounts of iodine in oilfield water by chemical analysis of more manual, low accuracy, slow, cumbersome operation. Based on the color reaction of starch with I3, a rapid and automatic method for the determination of trace iodine in oilfields was established by flow injection analysis (FIA). Firstly, bromine water is used as oxidant at room temperature to transform the iodide ions in the sample into iodate, and then the procedure of eliminating excessive bromine and iodine in online order is completed. The FIA flow path for measuring trace iodine in oilfield water was designed. The technical parameters of this flow path were tested and optimized. The results showed that the colored product formed by the reaction of I3 with starch had the maximum absorption at the wavelength of 540 nm, the linear range was 0-5 mg / L and the linear correlation coefficient was 0.9998. The method is sensitive, rapid and easy to operate and is suitable for the determination of iodine in oilfield water samples with satisfactory results.
