本文介绍应用以平面光弹性园盘做测力计的测量方法,简便地求出了滚子轴承中滚动体径向接触受力(或称负荷)的大小和分布规律。内容主要包括:1 接触总是实验模型应遵守的基本相似准则;2 轴承光弹模型加工装配的基本依据和实验实施;3 由受力分析得出的一个既简便易行又有效可靠的园盘测力计测量方法;4 给出了在不同间隙、载荷或支持刚度情况下轴承径向力分布的十九组实验数据;5 实验结果与有限无计算值作了十分吻合的验证。与工程计算结果比较,情况却迥然不同,通过初步分析指出了工程计算方法的有关假设与实际情况不太符合、应用工程计算结果时要考虑其局限性和近似近。附图8幅,表3个。
