目的探讨硫酸镁联合硝苯地平治疗妊娠高血压综合征患者的临床效果及安全性。方法选取2014年1月至2015年1月医院收治的114例妊娠高血压综合征患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为试验组与对照组,各57例。对照组患者采用硫酸镁进行治疗,试验组患者在对照组基础上口服硝苯地平控释片,比较两组患者治疗前后血压水平、血液黏度、24 h尿蛋白定量、收缩期峰值流速/舒张末期流速(S/D值)、临床疗效及并发症发生情况。结果治疗后,试验组患者的收缩压、舒张压水平均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);治疗后,试验组患者的血液黏度、24 h尿蛋白量、S/D值均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);试验组患者治疗的总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=9.72,P<0.05)。结论妊娠高血压综合征患者采用硫酸镁联合硝苯地平治疗,能取得较单纯应用硫酸镁更为显著的效果,可有效改善患者临床症状,且安全可靠。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect and safety of magnesium sulfate combined with nifedipine in treating patients with pregnancy induced hypertension. Methods One hundred and seventy-four patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension (Hypertension syndrome) admitted from January 2014 to January 2015 in our hospital were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table, they were divided into experimental group and control group, 57 cases each. Patients in the control group were treated with magnesium sulfate. Patients in the test group were given nifedipine controlled release tablets on the basis of the control group. Blood pressure, blood viscosity, 24 h urinary protein, systolic peak flow rate / end-diastolic phase were compared between two groups before and after treatment Flow rate (S / D value), clinical efficacy and complications. Conclusion Pregnancy-induced hypertension patients treated with magnesium sulfate combined with nifedipine can achieve more significant effects than simple application of magnesium sulfate, which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients and is safe and reliable.
