针对常用聚合物改性沥青造价高、不利于在地方道路建设和维护中推广应用的缺点,提出对基质沥青进行膨胀珍珠岩矿物填料类改性方法。通过膨胀珍珠岩改性沥青“三大指标”测试,膨胀珍珠岩改性沥青混合料马歇尔稳定度、车辙试验、低温单轴压缩试验以及导温导热试验,评价珍珠岩改性效果。试验结果表明,膨胀珍珠岩能够提高基质沥青的软化点和针入度指数、降低基质沥青的温度敏感性;同时,能够在一定程度上改善混合料的高、低温性能,极大地降低混合料的导温、导热系数。
In view of the disadvantages of high cost of commonly used polymer modified asphalt, which is not conducive to the popularization and application in the construction and maintenance of local roads, a modified method of expanding perlite mineral filler is proposed. The experimental results show that the expanded perlite can improve the softening point and penetration index of matrix asphalt and reduce the temperature sensitivity of matrix asphalt.
