采用薄层紫外分光法测定白癜风冲剂Ⅱ号中补骨脂素的含量及冲剂的定性鉴别,以此作为该冲剂质量控制方法之一。以苯:乙酸乙脂(9:1)为展开剂,测得的补骨脂素的含量平均每袋为386.7μg,加样回收率为96.04％,相对标准偏差2.0％。
The thin-layer ultraviolet spectrophotometry was used to determine the content of psoralen in Baixue Granule No. II and the qualitative identification of granules as one of the quality control methods of this granule. Using benzene:ethyl acetate (9:1) as developing solvent, the measured content of psoralen was 386.7 μg per bag, and the recovery rate was 96.04% with relative standard deviation of 2.0%.
