蝶鞍部由于其解剖隐深,通过X线摄片等物理诊断很难确切获取病变的类型和性质。行蝶鞍区穿刺活检术,可以较有效地进行蝶鞍部检查。近年来,X 线摄影技术有了很大的发展,特别是CT扫描和核磁共振成像技术由于对蝶鞍肿物能精确地进行摄影,清楚地显示肿物的大小、特征、与周围组织的关系,为蝶鞍部诊断性穿刺活检提供了良好的条件。蝶鞍部穿刺活检术的应用,避免了不必要的开颅手术,临床效果令人满意。现介绍如下。
