目的了解上海市部分地区健康人群水痘抗体水平。方法采集1~40岁健康人群血清标本2001份,采用酶联免疫吸附试验定量检测水痘IgG抗体。结果人群血清中水痘抗体阳性率为57.57%,几何平均浓度(Geometricmean concentration,GMC)为171.15 mIU/ml。8个年龄组抗体阳性率及浓度总体上呈随年龄增长而上升的趋势,18岁以下各年龄组的阳性率为41.90%~66.45%、GMC为77.23~269.59 mIU/ml,19~29岁组阳性率为85.12%、GMC为610.06 mIU/ml,30~40岁组阳性率达到96.25%、GMC为953.30 mIU/ml。不同年龄组市区和郊区人群水痘抗体阳性率及浓度差异有统计学意义,郊区1~3岁年龄组阳性率及抗体浓度显著高于市区同年龄儿童。接种过水痘疫苗人群GMC为178.55 mIU/ml,未接种人群GMC为76.74 mIU/ml,二者差异有统计学意义。结论 1~6岁儿童是水痘的易感人群,应该重点关注这一年龄段儿童水痘疫苗接种工作,建议我国能够采取2剂次水痘疫苗的免疫策略。
Objective To understand the level of chickenpox antibody in healthy population in some areas of Shanghai. Methods A total of 2001 serum samples from 1 to 40 years old healthy people were collected. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to detect varicella IgG antibody. Results The positive rate of chicken pox antibody in serum was 57.57%, and the geometric mean concentration (GMC) was 171.15 mIU / ml. The positive rate and concentration of antibody in 8 age groups tended to increase with age. The positive rate of each antibody in different age groups of 18 years old was 41.90% ~ 66.45%, GMC was 77.23 ~ 269.59 mIU / ml, 19 ~ 29 years old The positive rate was 85.12%, the GMC was 610.06 mIU / ml, the positive rate was 96.25% in 30-40 years old group, and 953.30 mIU / ml in GMC. The positive rate and concentration of chickenpox antibody in urban and suburban populations of different age groups were statistically significant, the positive rate and antibody concentration in the suburbs 1-3 years old group were significantly higher than those in the urban area with the same age. GMC vaccinated with chickenpox vaccine was 178.55 mIU / ml, and non-vaccinated population GMC was 76.74 mIU / ml, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusions Children aged 1 ~ 6 are susceptible to chickenpox and should pay attention to the vaccination of children with chickenpox in this age group. It is suggested that China can take the immunization strategy of 2 doses of chickenpox vaccine.
